We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our L&D function in Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Sheffield office.  

The L&D Function is part of the firm’s HR Function.  We support all partners & employees globally, working alongside our internal stakeholders & our external consultants who we partner with to design and deliver world-class professional skills training programmes, development programmes, coaching, and other career development activities.

About the Role

You will provide strong organisational and administrative support to the L&D team, tasks will include:

  • Co-ordination of all pre-event administration & logistical processes for various development programmes – virtual and face to face
  • Live logistical support during our development programmes to ensure a high quality experience for all attendees
  • Monitor and update our HR systems  (including monitoring the course waiting list) & the L&D calendar 
  • Brief consultants on requirements of course materials to ensure consistency of brand
  • Co-ordinate and provide updates on key learning and development initiatives 
  • Be the first point of contact for all L&D queries e.g. monitoring the L&D inbox & responding timeously
  • Ensure the document management system is reviewed periodically for consistency of data labelling and filing
  • Support the implementation of L&D projects from time to time 
  • Support the implementation and administration of L&D systems from time to time
  • Producing reports related to L&D data from time to time 

 


About You


The ideal candidate will be someone looking for their next L&D role. With an excellent level of written and spoken English, you will have a good working knowledge of course/event administration processes and show a high level of attention to detail. You are methodical and organised in your approach, an energetic resilient individual, who has a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
