About the Role
We are looking for two lawyers to help develop our precedents respectively in (i) corporate real estate transactions (M&A, joint ventures) and (ii) Funds (primarily real estate and private equity). We anticipate hiring one candidate for each project, however, we would be open to a single candidate whose experience spanned both areas. We anticipate that the candidate will have a background either as an established practice support lawyer or as a practitioner with relevant experience at Senior Associate/Partner level. Candidates should have strong “black letter law” technical and drafting skills and be capable of bringing their own opinions and ideas to the table.
