About the Role
This is an unparalleled opportunity to work for key clients in the finance, fintech and insolvency sectors. You will primarily assist our collegiate and ambitious team with our ongoing and varied disputes workload, including high court litigation, arbitration and contentious insolvency matters.
We work for a range of clients in the finance and fintech (including digital assets) space, and associate tasks will be case and client dependant. You can expect a broad and stimulating range of work, including drafting evidence, instructing counsel, liaising with experts, clients and opponents, and assisting in preparation for, and attending, hearings and trials.
About You
To flourish in this role, you will be a great communicator and team player, and have a keen eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative. It is also important that you are comfortable dealing with a large workload, therefore using your strong organisational skills.
You will be working with a team of colleagues as well as regularly dealing with clients, counsel and opponents. Therefore, it would be helpful if you enjoy liaising with people on different levels.
You should have a strong academic background and experience within a litigation team (whether private practice or in-house) is essential. Some insolvency and/or digital asset experience would be ideal, but not essential.
