About the Role
The role will give you great exposure to a broad range of employer branding and communications projects across the firm. There will be a focus on social media, working with both early and experienced talent pipelines. You will have day-to-day responsibility for managing the careers social media channels and you will collaborate with many stakeholders across the firm to develop content. You will work closely with the Talent Brand Manager, as well as the Early Talent and Experienced Hire teams to create and put into action our careers social media strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the firm’s careers social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook;
• Keeping on top of the latest social media trends, developments and competitor activity;
• Working with the Talent Brand Manager and other teams to create attention-grabbing and effective social media content;
• Writing punchy social media posts;
• Developing organic and sponsored social media campaigns to support the firm’s talent objectives;
• Working with the Early Talent team to ensure effective audience engagement on both social media and other channels;
• Contribute to career social media strategy;
• Keeping our careers pages, website and profiles up to date with our latest content and information;
• Being a guardian of CMS’ brand identity on social media.
About You
The ideal candidate is someone with strong writing skills, an eye for detail and comfort using our main social media channels. An interest in employer branding, communications and particularly social media, alongside experience of a professional services environment would also be helpful.
Key skills include:
• A good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, as well as other social channels;
• The ability to write crisp, concise and engaging copy for social media posts;
• Basic graphic design skills using, PowerPoint and/or Google Slides;
• The ability to manage multiple projects at once;
• An interest in creative work;
• Good writing skills and a strong attention to detail
